What is your Warranty on Kangaroo Sacs?
We are so confident in our product and the quality of the materials that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our Kangaroo Sacs. Our Sacs will stay fluffed for life and will never go flat.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the cover and sac. If anything goes wrong with your sac please contact us and let us know. We will replace the sac with a new one.
Our sacs never go flat or leak, ever.


What is the difference between you and the Competition?

Do you sell your covers separately?
Our Kangaroo Sac covers are durable and very soft. They will add to any bean bag or foam filled sack, but we recommend buying a complete Kangaroo Sac because of the perfect fit.
We do sell the covers separately. If you would like to purchase a cover separately please view our "covers only" for prices and shipping info.


What is your return policy?
We know you will be completely satisfied with your Kangaroo Sac. If for any reason you would like to return your Kangaroo Sac or maybe exchange for another size just let us know.
Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your KangarooSac. We will issue you
a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please
contact us with your concern.


How long does it take to ship?
We ship the product out within 3-5 days. We ship using UPS Ground which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time. We can send you
the tracking number so you can find out when it will be delivered. We get them out to you as soon as we can because we know your excited to get your Kangaroo Sac.


Do you give discount for multiple orders or return customers?
KangarooSac.com customers are loyal customers because once you purchase a Kangaroo Sac you won't settle for anything less. We honor our return customers and customers that
